We had wood flooring installed. Let me tell you the installers did a great job! However, a one day installation turned into a month long ordeal for a very small room. The mistake was on the estimator in ordering the right wood. EVERYTHING HE DID WAS A MISTAKE. Customer service was of no help and continued to pass blame on to each other.
