DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOORING FROM RITE RUG!!!!!! Last NOVEMBER, we had Rite Rug install our entire first floor with hardwood flooring. Spent a good chunk of change. We had two people measure from Rite Rug. When the second guy arrived, all old flooring had been ripped out. We had never done this before and we were completely relying on their expertise. We had wood flooring installed. Let me tell you the installers did a great job! However, a one day installation turned into a month long ordeal for a very small room. The mistake was on the estimator in ordering the right wood. EVERYTHING HE DID WAS A MISTAKE. Customer service was of no help and continued to pass blame on to each other. I contacted the Store salesman, the store manager, then went to the president, and vice president of this worthless company. Not one person offered an apology.
