Would like to leave 0 stars but that was not an option. We had our floor installed on December 2, 2017. We had everything off of the floor and paid to have our large sectional couch and kitchen appliances moved. The installers complained the job was taking so long was because they had to move everything. That was the least of our worries... We originally wanted laminate flooring but was told by our sales rep, Veda G****, that our floor was too wavy or uneven for laminate so we went with vinyl. We chose Vivaro Bluegrass Barnw... read more

My sales person was amazing at helping me pick flooring (LVP and carpet) and tile. Good eye, knowledgeable, patient. All looked great after installing... So I thought. Shower floor is not spaced properly... even after it being redone twice because the grout wasn't drying correctly. Bench tiles in shower aren't level and water pools. Furniture leaves a very obvious dent in the floor. I had to have LVP planks replaced due to scratches which you can feel because they're set lower. I had one plank that the floor started to PEEL ... read more

They say you should not write immediately after an event, so we waited over a week to see if our feelings changed. Unfortunately, we still feel our decision to use Rite Rug was a big mistake. Many years ago, we used them to install carpet in a prior house and thought we could trust them with our hardwood floors. We were wrong, worst decision we could have made. The salesman said he would be there for us all the way, what a joke, only there until our final payment was received. Odd they demand full payment prior to working, y... read more

These people in particular Mike P*** at **** **** are simply not honest and have no customer support after the sale. They sold me 1800 + $ of carpet for office and it is simply awful runs everywhere. I gave them every opportunity to come look at it and access if it was defective and they never ever followed up with me. I simply can not imagine how these people stay in business, simply the worst CS I have ever have from such a well established business. They leave me no option but to take them to court. Do yourself a favor go... read more

Rite Rug installed a bamboo floor onto our concrete slab floor. The bamboo cupped all throughout the flooring within 2 months of the installation. Rite Rug is not only refusing to stand behind the product, they are blaming us for the cupping. When it was installed, Rite Rug staff told us to use the Swiffer wet jet product on the floor. Now they are saying that the Swiffer product is a bad product to use on the floor and caused the cupping. They also are saying that the inspection revealed a high moisture content in the floor... read more

After paying top dollar for hardwood floors and installation with RiteRug I discovered that installation was contracted out to what appeared to be "handyman" type workers. I noticed that in one room it was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I thought maybe the vents needed cleaning so made arrangements to have that done. It was at this time I discovered that the floor installers had literally installed the floor OVER the vents and just replaced vent covers over the hardwood!! I called RiteRug and was told someo... read more

Rite rug is a scam! We bought a hard wood floor 3.5 years ago and it’s destroyed. We said we had dogs and the salesman was like, NO PROBLEM. It’s a very hard wood. Now it is damaged so far down that it cannot be refinished. Rite rug and the manufacturer both say “oh that’s the wood, it’s very soft. This is a dog problem, you should never have bought this type”. They won’t fix it, won’t replace boards (even when I have some original wood left). They say they can’t help. Sorry. Since when is a company so corrupt, and out for a... read more

If you would like your small home improvement project done quickly and incorrectly this is the place to be. I recently built a home where I wanted LVT Laminate flooring installed on June 21st 2018 they came to perform the work. long story short it is wrong and peeling up less than a month later and getting someone to respond is actually worse than pulling teeth.

Rite Rug Flooring in **********, SC has given me the worst customer service I’ve gotten in my life. As a new home owner, I was eager to have a bathroom tile replaced that had cracked a few months after the home was built. The Rite Rug company scheduled a 4 hour time window to arrive at my home. After 5 1/2 hours, I called and spoke with the receptionist several times and requested that the Workman is called to ask for an update. No updates were given and the receptionist kept telling me “I’ll call you right back” which she n... read more
