I worked closely with Jessica Wilson on our home rug selections, especially for the nursery. She was thorough, professional, and pleasant to work with. She also helped me to obtain a reasonable price for our nursery rug and helped me to stay within budget. It was nice to work with her and I would highly recommend her. This location has handled two installs for me, kitchen and bathroom. Both jobs went smoothly and the end result looks terrific! I had the same planks installed in both rooms and they were able to use some leftover flooring from the kitchen in the bathroom. Thanks!

We needed new carpet in a very high traffic area of our home. Our salesperson, Danielle, referred us to a couple of carpet lines that are noted for their durability. We took samples home and made our decision. Danielle provided a quote, which we thought was reasonable and we placed the order. It was about 3 weeks by the time the order was received and installation was completed. The installers called ahead, promptly arrived, moved furniture for us and wasted no time getting to work. This was our fourth purchase from Rite Rug and could absolutely not be more pleased. We had carpet installed in our bedroom, bathroom(just in front of the vanity) and the master closet. The installers called and said they were about 45 minutes away and exactly 45 minutes later they arrived. Much to our surprise the installers came in the front door closed the bedroom door and started removing the old carpet. I had living room, two bed rooms and a hall carpeted and vinyl kitchen flooring. James Pilgrim, who assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me select both carpet and flooring. We did not plan on shopping at Rite Rug 3 times in 6 months but we are glad we did. We ended up getting carpeting for steps, laminate flooring for our dining room and (we never thought it would happen, vinyl flooring for our kitchen. Each time we were assisted by Paul. He gave us very competitive pricing on all three products, offered good advice when needed and was flexible when we needed samples in a pinch. Rite Rug did an excellent job with my carpeting needs from start to finish. The salesman, Steve, is knowledgeable and was able to provide useful guidance on which carpets were the good, better and best options. Once I selected the carpeting, Steve used all available discounts to keep my cost as low as possible. Beware: they will attempt to overcharge you for installation by including the "waste" as installed material. For example, apparently a 50 square feet area will require 99 sf from the roll, which I understand. Thus, I would pay for 99 sf of material, of which only 50 sf is used. HOWEVER -- they then charge installation fees for the full 99sf even though they are only installing 50sf, which in my case doubles the quote. I called to verify this and was told that's just how they do business. Friendly staff otherwise.
