Dr. Rivela and his staff are AMAZING. I love how they take their time with you instead of rushing you out the door. Each visit you really feel welcomed and cared for. Carly is the best nurse! She is soooo caring and really helps you feel relaxed. She spends as much time with you that you need in order to have your concerns or fears addressed. I came to Dr. Rivela for explant of 11 yo implants. I didn't want a new implant put back in for various reasons. He was honest with me about how I would look post explant, and I appreciated this very much. I decided to go with an explant and lift, and although he reminded me I could always change my mind, he never made me feel pressured to replace the implants. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is awesome, skilled, kind, friendly, and honest. They are never too busy to answer a question. I will always recommend th... read more
