I was SUPER stoked that you price-matched my new winter tires and I admit I got a great deal and really happy with them, but I was disappointed with: 1) the amount of confusion and phone calls between service and parts that it took to sort out making the tire appointment; and 2) after agreeing to prepay for the tires and rims so that I could have a speedy in-and-out appointment (I was told 20 minutes by two different service reps), I was in the waiting lounge for 60 minutes.

Appreciated the care and attention to my vehicle. My vehicle was in for 11 days as there were 2 weekends and a stat. Would have appreciated updated via call or email. Only got updates when I called.
Both Rami Tristan we’re a pleasure to deal with and the finance fellow was just fine.
The service department was excellent and did a very good job putting in my command start. I asked for prices for tires and rims. Quote was done in record time very reasonable prices.
