Helpful and accommodating in spite of not getting a lingering problem resolved
I have to say I am delighted and surprised at the level of customer service that is provided at River City Hyundai. From the shuttle driver to the service tech, everyone is so professional. I have had HORRIBLE experiences at other car dealerships/services centres. But River City Hyundai is excellent. Makes me even more glad I purchased a car here. Thank you for your awesome work!

I came in for my regular oil change and took a chance by throwing my winter tires in the car. You did the oil change and checkup, as well as mounting my winter tires. all was done within an hour. What more can I say?
