River City employees take their time to explain everything to you, from the minute you come in, until you leave, they go over everything in detail, to make sure you understand. You can wait in the waiting area they have refreshments - tea coffee, pop, water, or they offer shuttle you home and pick you afterwards, if needed. I found it very comfortable to wait. My experience was great I came in for a recall they did it right then and there. They got me a ride back to my place to wait till it was finished they came and picked me up it was wonderful. They were very polite and efficient always going above and beyond.
After the cleanup of service staff.. up dates and work on my vehicle improved exponentially.
Good service Ryan was always helpful and available to help us and answer our questions.
