From the minute you pull up to service a service person greets you. We then go over the reason for the visit and ask you if there is anything question. They gave us a expected time the work would be completed and we chose to wait. Waiting room was very comfortable. The service dept kept us updated on the progress. Done on time Yahoo

Mateo Bubic and Adam (sales manager) did great job. They were easy going , problem solving oriented through whole process. From negotiation for price until vehicle delivery. Richard from finances did great job. At first he said that I will be paying 5,47 % or 5,74% (not sure about) interest. I asked why I have to pay such outrageous interest when they (Hyundai) have 3,99% interest on web page. He said that he will try to do something about that , and he was surprised with presented information. Something is not right if fin... read more

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at River City! You are greeted by a friendly service agent and given an expected time for your service to be complete, the waiting area has every convenience you need, and your vehicle is done on time! I used to dread taking my car in to my previous dealership, now I look forward to it! I switched to River City 3 months ago and I wish I had done it sooner!
