You reception staff were very capable. I was well received. The price for the oil change didn’t match the amount sent to me by Hyundai Canada. Guess you’re not part of that organization. The other rebates in the Hyundai notice were respected. I bought some mats for my car. The announce showed weather tech mats. I received some Ionic mats from China for the same price as the weather tech matts. The parts man tried to sell me on the advantages of the Chinese mats.. Made us feel I like family . The experience was so awesome , the sales manager and finance department were lovely in making this process so easy and accommodating.
I booked a service appointment online and this was a little less than seamless because it seems that the site inputs service work based on your vehicle and mileage. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any way to delete any unwanted service work. However, this was a minor inconvenience as I was just looking to have a warranty issue checked at the time. Everyone here from sales, to the reception, to service and all of the in between are just wonderful people. I recently purchased a second car from River city and as expected it was easy and the most unstressful experience I could imagine at a dealership. They treat you with respect and don't try to sell you something you don't want.
