Yesterday was my first visit to Rver City Hyundai and I was very impressed with the professional and friendly staff who assisted me. I went in without an appointment because the block heater on my Veracruz needed repair, rather urgently in -25 Edmonton weather! Even though it was almost the end of the day, Matt, the Service Advisor, and other helpful staff members facilitated the repair quickly and economically. They even did a mini cabin clean and topped up the fluids at no extra cost. What a great crew!
Oil change went fine as usual. Two recalls were addressed at the same time which saved making another appointment however as mentioned on the phone, recall was said to be no rush (not a safety issue) but couldn't start vehicle earlier that day and when mentioned I called technician about it, I was told it was because of the recall part (inhibitor switch). This was our first time visiting River City Hyundai. We went in to get another key fob but were told we also had two recall notices. They fit us in last minute and stayed late to finish working on our car to fix the recalls. The building was very clean and modern looking, and the waiting area had complimentary Starbucks coffee and fountain sodas. We weren't waiting very long and the staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
All staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They were quick to greet me and take care of my vehicle, including cleaning it.

Awesome and Amazing service! I came out with even better deal than what I originally walked in the dealership for. Thanks to the sales associates Billy and Neal who took care of me the whole time with test drives and relevant information. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
