They were very helpful. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone was polite and they treated us excellently. They followed up to keep my interest. Also offered extended warranty to help with the mileage used. They found the vehicle I liked!!
Love the quick in & out on the oil change. The car wash was great & cleaning the floor mats was a nice touch.
I hesitated at first on purchasing a new vehicle because I hated the way I was treated, however, once I decided I would check River City Hyundai out there was no turning back. There was no pressure, Aimee and Rami were very knowledgeable, all my questions were answered and more. When it is time for a new purchase Hyundai will be the place for me. No problems
Stopped by on Friday for an oil change and they were having a Black Friday event so it was quite busy. The service took over an hour to get done, but they gave us food and swag while we waited so all was good.
The staff are consistently warm, friendly and accommodating. They go above the standard in service, and create a sense of family with customers that is unlike any other dealership. Outstanding all around!
Went in for regular oil change.Job done, also complimentary car wash much appreciated. Later noticed our oil change warning monitor remained lit so went back a week or so later to have it reset. No problem, quickly done and again took advantage of the offered car wash - We are happy with the treatment whenever we are in the dealership. Thanks!
