We had a great experience with Ryan in Sales. He was easy to talk to, able to answer all questions we had and generally fun to deal with. The sales manager, Neil, was careful to ensure that all pertinent information was shared and explained in detail. Andrea was also personable and patiently explained the content of the extended coverage plan. Very positive experience.
