I'm originally from New York so, I'm digging River Place thus far. I love my concierge people, make the building pleasant and balance the atmosphere.
Dealing with Riverplace is a huge headache to get your security deposit. I’ve lived here two times and there won’t be a third. The first time in 2002 they kept my security deposit for an entire year after I moved out because they “transferred” my deposit to the current tenant??? So that tenant lived security deposit free for a year! Then when I moved out August 31, 2017, they mailed my security deposit to the wrong address so I never got it. The food was delicious , people were entertaining, the view of the Hudson was amazing, and the hosts couldn't have been nicer....however..... everyone threw in their two cents about what I should do at my next OPEN MIKE. I guess everyones a comedian!! Thanks for everything!
