Worst places ever. Staff is rude, they never answer the phone so dont call. They expect you to answer when they call but you cant get in touch with them.
Listen the meds definitely helped my NP Ericka was great but didn’t inform me before putting me on a medication and I’m a person afraid to take just anything. The Nurse Stacy definitely is unprofessional saying loud enough for patients to hear my momma always said don’t ask for nothing when someone asked her a question and when I said I was reporting her she spelled out her name like we in the street or ghetto 😆😆😆 damn girl you got a degree please show it. A family member of mine was admitted here and for the past week I’ve been trying to locate where they sent them once they were release. My family members is a diabetic and also diagnosed schizophrenic. Mary Gibson and another man name Mr. Rick are his social workers at this facility and refuse to do their jobs and help the people and family members in need. Training for techs to act professionally. Better dietary options. A serious thorough floor cleaning. Meds are not given consistently at scheduled times. Medications prescribed by your physician for diabetes, anxiety,Migraines are NOT given as prescribed. you are told you must see the doctor ( which one? medical or psychological) There is an overload of miscommunication., to the point that I was given the WRONG medication at night, NOBODY PRESCRIBED IT TO ME.
