Received threatening phone calls from a patient and could not reach an employee by phone and never received a call back.
they screwed up my friend I would not recommend anyone going there because a best friend of mine is way worse then before I don't know what the did to her but she is really kinda not there since she came back home today so if you do know of anyone please pass on this message
These people will abuse your love one and ack like they didn’t know it happened and cover it up
Would not recommend . Very unprofessional and unsafe . They request a 4 digit passcode then when you get the code no one answers the phone. They’ve been answering and having up the phone on me. I’ve called HR and left messages and have gotten no response . I spoke to a therapist and it was very noisy in the background, they were laughing and holding side conversations while on the phone with me as well. No one communicates at all. Why is this place open?
staffing horrible, zero clinical services, extremely unsafe environment. DO NOT recommend!
Hands down to Quincy (tech) and Mrs Joyce (front desk) ! They were both extremely friendly , understanding , helpful and reassuring! I can’t say much for the rest of the staff . There is absolutely zero communication , no one knows what’s going on and you get a different story or plan each time you speak with someone . Had it not been for Quincy and Mrs Joyce I probably would of asked that my family member be transferred elsewhere.
