We started our pool project under the previous owner (Nashville location) which we had a lot of issues regarding the design. The new owner came later to which we were able to finalize the design and start. Our shell was installed a year ago and part of the patio work was completed over the next 6 months (8/2023 to 3/2024). Since then we have had no activity to complete our pool. The equipment is still not installed. The final lower patio isn't completed. The finish for the concrete isn't completed. Has anyone else had service issues with River Pools? We purchased a River Pool last year and notified them of an issue with the pool finish last October. It is a year later and the issue with the finish has gotten worse, and they’ve yet to fix it. Each week we’ve been put off due to new delay with the service team, with no resolution in site. The fiberglass pool product itself is good quality; However, the service from the local franchise is poor at best. I was reassigned to a different franchise operation 6 months into the order and River Pools has done absolutely no quality control or checking on the installation process. - River Pools did not provide me with product or Warranty information - River Pools did not call, email, or mail me any information about their product. We had a pool installed in 2017..our pool had a hairline crack that River Pools fixed. After that our beautiful California blue pool started fading…it started immediately… We contacted the company that installed who sent emails …we contacted River pools…. It’s now 2022 and nothing has been resolved…we were told there’s NO warranty on the gel coat which we thought there was because of the brochure.
