Has anyone else had service issues with River Pools? We purchased a River Pool last year and notified them of an issue with the pool finish last October. It is a year later and the issue with the finish has gotten worse, and they’ve yet to fix it. Each week we’ve been put off due to new delay with the service team, with no resolution in site. The fiberglass pool product itself is good quality; However, the service from the local franchise is poor at best. We had a pool installed in 2017..our pool had a hairline crack that River Pools fixed. After that our beautiful California blue pool started fading…it started immediately… We contacted the company that installed who sent emails …we contacted River pools…. It’s now 2022 and nothing has been resolved…we were told there’s NO warranty on the gel coat which we thought there was because of the brochure.
