I took my dog here for the first time this week to establish her as a patient as we just moved to the area and I had a very good first impression. Both the vet and assistants were incredibly kind and patient with my scared little pup. They were honest with what she needed and didn't need but gave me the option for. Great Vet. Very kind and patient with my fur baby. Love the precautions they're taking because of COVID. I felt safe sending my baby there. Very informative about my pet's health.

Really happy with our experience at this vet. We had moved here recently and needed to get established with a new vet for our elderly lab with a history of seizures. Staff was wonderful with our dog. Vet was superb - thorough, very good with our dog, and very practical in her advice. Did not try and push unnecessary testing that we had experienced previously. Two thumbs up!!

We are new(less than 2 weeks) to the Charlotte area from Rhode Island and we needed a vet Asap. I stopped by the office after a doctors appointment in the area and asked if Luigi could be seen that day. Well Jasmine said can you have him back in 30 minutes? Absolutely! I brought him back and let me tell you I was extremely happy with Dr. Kim, Jasmine and Hope were phenomenal with Luigi! We are definitely staying with TotalBond!
Nothing says money-hungry more than an almost $50 nail trim for one cat. $29 "nail trim without assistant fee" and $17.50 "veterinary assistant visit". I wasn't overly-impressed with the level of care my two cats received at their initial visits in the first place, but I thought I'd wait it out and see if it got better. This cost for a service I'm going need every 6 weeks for two cats is enough to deter me from any future visits.

I can't in good faith recommend. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They'll even allow you to schedule same day appointments. However the prices are terrible. My visit for an ear examination was $219 dollars. The ear cleaning fee was $30 dollars and it didn't last longer than a minute. Do you know what the ear cleaning fee is at Stand For Animals veterinary clinic? $5 dollars. If you enjoy frivolously spending money, go here. Otherwise, save yourself the regret.
