This vet is absolutely the most incredible and amazing. They listen to all my concerns about my dog even when I may just be anxious. They provide Truly Compassionate Care When It Matters Most I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. This past year I had to say goodbye to one of my dogs here, and the way the entire team handled everything leading up to that day was nothing short of extraordinary. Communication in detail, regarding everything that could bring the price of service to an outrageous amount, would give the customer more options when preparing for an already expensive procedure. Leaving the customer without full knowledge of all costs and the condition that may raise those costs are a must. Have been using them just over a year now for our adopted rescue Doberman. I have to say that he has received the most incredible care from all the staff there, in fact he now gets excited when we get there. His initial visit was incredible and I felt the prices are very fair. They always let you know up front the cost of what they feel your pet needs. Dr P is so compassionate and helpful. I had to let my little dog go to sleep. Both she as well all of the techs were so sweet understanding. It broke my heart to do it, but they made it a little easier.
The best vet in Charlotte. We take all 3 of our cats here and they provide phenomenal care and are so kind. We are very picky with our babies veterinary care so we are so glad we found somewhere amazing. We trust them completely, any of the doctors, and recommend them to everyone!

We brought our new cat Susan here for her first check up and we cannot stop raving about how great the experience was. The kindness and care they displayed were exceptional! They made Susan feel so comfortable in a new environment, were gentle when administering shots and ointments, gave her great treats! Wonderful communication and patience when we had questions. Highly recommend bringing your feline family members here! We will be back next month!
I've always had excellent service from this vet hospital. My dog is having a tough time at the moment and they are especially caring and helpful.
Always a great experience! These folks genuinely care for the well-being of our furry kids. The staff is always friendly, calm and answers all our questions. Their follow-up is also always appreciated when we've encountered an upset tummy or other health issue.
I took my little guy, Kevin (not so little, 54lbs, 7 months old, Goldendoodle) there today and couldn't be happier! They didn't have my appointment at first due to a computer malfunction but immediately fit me in with no questions asked. Dr. McKenzie was so helpful with explaining exactly what she was going to do to treat Kevin. The entire staff treated Kevin like he was a king and made him feel so at ease.
