He is kind, attentive and takes the time to not only ask about my gynecological health, but how me (and my child, whom the office delivered) are doing personally. The office team is wonderful to work with and make you feel valued as a patient. Impersonal NP (Mona) who was very dismissive and rushed. Front desk staff seemed easily frustrated by request to move an appointment so my partner could be there. Missed a call from the office while I was at work and tried calling back immediately after. Have been unable to reach all afternoon.
