He is kind, attentive and takes the time to not only ask about my gynecological health, but how me (and my child, whom the office delivered) are doing personally. The office team is wonderful to work with and make you feel valued as a patient. I've been a patient of Dr. Jacoby for 25+ years. I absolutely love her and her thoroughness of my concerns and information. I highly recommend this office. They delivered my daughter 10 years ago and were amazing. The staff is so helpful and informative.
Impersonal NP (Mona) who was very dismissive and rushed. Front desk staff seemed easily frustrated by request to move an appointment so my partner could be there. Missed a call from the office while I was at work and tried calling back immediately after. Have been unable to reach all afternoon.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and old fashioned office. I showed up as a new patient and they said I can't be seen because I don't have a physical insurance card in hand (I had a digital copy). I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment on the phone. When I arrived, I filled out their new patient paperwork by my scheduled appointment time.
