Unprofessional, disorganized, and old fashioned office. I showed up as a new patient and they said I can't be seen because I don't have a physical insurance card in hand (I had a digital copy). I wasn't informed of this when I made the appointment on the phone. When I arrived, I filled out their new patient paperwork by my scheduled appointment time. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. During my intake the nurse made an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comment about one of my answers to a question she asked me. When I said something to the doctor about the comment she apologised but proceeded to defend the nurse and then attempt to pry further into my personal life and ask more unprofessional and inappropriate questions.
