Every time I walk in, the people are warm, friendly, and true fans of running. I was in recently after two years of not stopping by and walked in, and they remembered me. But they aren't just a running store, they genuinely care about the local running community. The put together great weekly runs at the store, connect runners to local races, and also put me in contact with a fantastic sports physical therapist who is getting me back on my running game. Love this place.
Awesome store. I have been shopping there for years. Service is always great, products are amazing. The warranty can't be beat. And they do stand by it. I have returned shoes after wearing them for over a month and they accepted them back without hesitation. I will continue to shop here and always recommend them to friends and family.
Everyone was so caring and attentive and knowledgeable. One person did a treadmill evaluation another formed custom insoles for me and Karen helped me try on a bunch of sneakers until I found the right ones for me. My feet had been killing me on my walks. I hope this helps my feet!! Honestly the shoes were a little pricey but I figured I was paying for the evaluation and service and it just didn't seem right to turn around and not purchase from them.
