Went today to grab another pair of shoes. Packed, not enough help. I asked to try on four styles. My sales guy brought only 3 and walked away. I tried them on, he never checked back with me. Stood in line to purchase one of them for over 15 minutes. One cashier. One guy standing outside "guarding" the shoes on the sale table, even tho no one was out there. No manager seen. Terrible experience. Not sure it's worth my VIP membership to have such lousy service.

Worst online experience Ever! Ordered a Christmas gift for my nephew and waited, and waited. When I checked the tracking information it just kept saying that a label had been created. So I called roadrunner. They said it was just that FedEx hadn't updated the info, so I waited. About a week had gone by at this point, so I emailed FedEx. They did not have my package. Absolutely horrible service. I belive 6 people seemed to be "working". My fiance was looking for a new pair of trail runners. When the employees finally finished their private group conversation and came to help us; none of the shoes she was interested in were even available in a 9.5. At this point I asked about a men's shoe. The employee went back to grab a pair for me to try. He then returned from the back room and started helping another couple.
