I had a great experience with Ross at road runner sports getting fitted with new shoes. The analysis was really interesting and I was able to have custom insoles made. Overall 5stars!!!

I am writing as an extremely satisfied customer. I went into Road Runner on Tuesday nervous and uncertain of myself and what I needed from the experience. Signed up to run a half marathon in July and a full marathon in September, I just knew I needed new shoes. I walked to the back of the store to look. Immediately Nicole, probably noticing the panic on my face, asked if I was doing okay. I told her the situation and she gave me her recommendation for the custom insoles.
