I just went here today, my birthday, because I heard it is a good place to go for someone uncertain about running shoes. After a few minutes of staff avoiding eye contact, I respectfully asked how long the wait would be and the staff, who was annoyed with me, informed me that everyone I could see just walked in and they didn’t know when they could help me. This company is a head ache and I was a new customer, got jerked around as I was trying to get a price match but even though I was a vip? I was not able to get that from this greedy company, so I gave them the chance to at least to give me a full refund back but RoadRunner Sports is trying to jerk me around about that. So I called the Better Business bureau about this problem. Willing to send one to each RoadRunner Sports. People if you want a better deal look around first because RoadRunner Sports WILL NOT save you money.
No one was willing to help me. I walked around and stood around for ten minutes. I went up to the register and stood there while three employees were too busy talking to themselves to be interested in helping me. At that point my husband came into the store and was greeted and asked if he needed help. He said no but my wife does, the guy looked at me and walked away. I am trying to start running and feeling nervous but thanks to your employees I feel worse.
