Service was disappointing The cashier had to return something back in the storeroom n stated he will be right back. After 5 minutes, i looked for the guy and saw he was entertaining another female customer despite the fact there were other workers there. After 12 minutes, no service , it took over 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. I just waited to observe how long does it take for a cutomer to get service.

Scam company and thieves. Was a VIP and went to store to return UNWORN pair of running shoes. She told me no that even though it’s under 90 days they will only give store credit. I needed the money back!! So I leave and a few days later I cancel my membership. Turns out now a few days ago corporate charges a renewal fee because they kept my card on file. You cannot remove it. Now they won’t refund me that charge AND will not respond to emails to customer service.

Never, ever go on a Saturday. I just left there and waited in line for over 25 minutes because only one person was on the register. I can see waiting that long at a discount store, but for a store with overpriced sneakers that's unacceptable!! Plus their orthotics they push on people to buy are average at best and shouldn't be more than $40 to $50 tops. I work for a podiatrist so I know a little about orthotics. Just don't give into the sale.

Stay away. 1) I was recommended by a friend who told me she had a positive experience. 2) I went to the store to buy sneakers. Did the Fit Test. Got some help picking out sneakers. Was given the custom insoles. Was convinced to get the VIP Membership. Spent a lot of money on shoes and the inserts, all the while hearing the whole "you're part of the VIP family now" and "90 day trial". The staff was very impolite ; did not show any eagerness to help with what I was looking for . Did not have sufficient inventory . Will not visit again .

My wake up call to the Invisible Club. (I know what Tina Fey and pals would call it.). Canceling my VIP "membership." Waited more than 5 minutes at cash register to buy something and no one came. I left the stuff there and left. Maybe the employees can put my merchandise back after the young ladies who have no intention of going for a real run after next week buy some shoes. (And probably an outfit.) I rarely buy from them any more anyway.
