Deceptive. Terms of their VIP program stated that you can cancel anytime and get a prorated refund for the total days not used (I checked a week ago). I called just now to do this and they said that clause was just taken out of their terms. Folks - no matter how luring their VIP program is, don't fall for it because they WILL get the upper hand at some point.

This place is a total bait and switch. I paid extra to be a vip member for their free returns. Turns out that is not true. You have to pay to ship back your returns. Completely deceptive. I would recommend buying your running shoes elsewhere.

VIP Member who has been calling this location for the past 3 days to simply check if I could exchange a pair of shoes I purchased online and no one picked up the phone. Left a message on their voicemail and no one has called back. I understand staff shortages with us being in the midst of the pandemic but I’ve never called a retail store and not had an associate answer. It’s bare minimum and I find it so bizarre. With this kind of service, the savings may not be worth renewing my VIP membership smh.

The VIP Membership is a complete scam. When I signed up I was told I can cancel at anytime. As my membership was soon to renew, I called the 1-800 number and waited over 25mins for a week and no one responded. Of course I was charged $59.99. The very worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Walked out after waiting what seemed like forever. The employees could not have given a crap about the amount of people waiting to be helped. 4 sales reps and only 4 people had been helped in 45 minutes. I am a VIP MEMBER.
