Wanted to congratulate the staff at this store for taking time and being so caring. I’m a 70 year old woman with arthritis in my feet. Kelly took the time to find the right sneaker and custom insole while being very conscious of my budget The whole experience was excellent
Kelly spent a lot of time with me, and explained that the shoes that I was wearing were the wrong size! She showed me where my toe should be and where it was. The incorrect fit of my old shoe explains so much. I got my previous shoe at a running store, and wasn't told that they were too small! I won't go anywhere else! Thank you, Kelly! I love this store. Just came home with new shoes and socks. Daniella was so helpful, especially when nothing seemed to fit just right. She gave it a thought and brought out a winner! Great place to shop.

We had an amazing experience with Andrew. Took the time to really help our son find the best spikes for his upcoming indoor season. He explained everything and was so helpful answering our questions! We will definitely be back to see Andrew when it’s time for new trainers. Highly recommend!

Never had such great customer service at a sneaker store before. I also never had a sneaker fit so great because someone took the time to help me find the perfect shoe. I really love this place. The associate that helped me was Ram; he was excellent and spent so much time analyzing my step and really explaining to me in detail every sneaker the store had to offer me.
