I was referred by my doctor to go in and get custom insoles and running shoes. The 'fitting' process was great, I didn't know what shoes I was supposed to be wearing! Now I do and my feet have never been so happy! This was the best decision I've ever made! The staff was great very helpful and answered all my questions. Very respectful I love that you get 90 days to try out your shoes!! This is my go to store.
Great customer service, attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable staff! I was fitted for new shoes for the running season-I am training for cascade lakes relay later this year!

Totally impressed with our salesperson. First shoe-shopping experience our 11yo ASD kid has had where he didn't leave in tears (and I didn't need hard liquor). She was never impatient, no eye rolls at him wanting shoes with pink (although he ended up with black because he fidgeted less with them) and -- basically engaged directly with him as a person -- used the 90day guarantee as a selling point to make him more comfortable with making a decision too.
