Got a great deal on some “gently used” Brooks ($80). Two runs later the sole is split all the way through. This is something that should be sent back to the manufacturer, but of course their response over the phone is “those sales are final, sorry”. I don’t know if they glued the sole before selling it but they did get $80 for a lemon. Great way to earn a quick buck but they probably lost a longer term customer.
