Had the worst customer service ever. This afternoon we went to the Carlsbad store to buy a pair of walking shoes. First NO ONE even acknowledged that we needed help. Second after 15 minutes we had a young team member help us, who in turn pawned us off to another team member, who then completely ignored us and started to help another couple that just walked in. I can honestly say that they lost out in big sales. I have no plans to ever walk into a road runner store again. What ever happened to good team members and great at... read more

Well after all these years as an original VIP I find out that the original VIP that I joined as a lifetime member was stopped in deference to the present VIP program. And guess what I get now after being a lifetime VIP since the late 1980s? A whopping 5% discount! As an MBA trained administrator this is negative marketing at its best! What a great message to send to you loyal customer base! Forget these guys!
