I was previously a VIP member after a very good first we experience in store. the next 2 times I went in, I got no service within 20 minutes of entering the store, in spite the fact that there were multiple employees just hanging out. Came in your store today and your staff was totally lacking no hello no one asked if we needed any help...the staff at the Hwy 101 store was much friendlier and helpful....if I don’t feel welcome I don’t shop😳

Nothing in a size 13 in 6 different shoes I was looking at.. Young Customer service representative took 20 mins to even a knowledge we were there.. then just brought whatever shoe out he wanted and not what we were asking for... extreme unsatisfactory service.. will never shop here again...highly suggest you hire people who want to work not just a paycheck..
