Rob is the best lender I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond in every measure to ensure we were taken care. He got us the best rate, worked tirelessly with our agent, finished all paperwork early, and even credited fees towards the loan. I wish we could recommend a higher approval for him!

Rob was extremely helpful in getting a Mortgage. He helped out greatly where others fell short. Only had one small hiccup on the closing date being wrong but that was remedied and me and my wife are happy in our first home. This is all thanks to Rob and the excellent people at OVM financial.

I recently refinanced my home with Rob and the process was simple to put it mildly. We had our mortgage for almost 2 years but with rates so low I shopped around for a low 2% rate which was unbelievable. After a few calls, I txted Rob as we have know each other for over 25 years and told him what rates I was getting quoted. He quickly beat them and made the closing painless. We did have a hiccup with paperwork as things got close to closing and finalizing the loan but Rob and his team were quick to rectify it and get it done much faster than any other lender was talking at that time. Overall, the pain in the neck process of mortgage lending was definitely made easier by Rob Younce and the team at OVM.
