Worst experience I could have imagined while buying first house. Very poor at answering texts and calls. Closing date was pushed back multiple times (a week in total) due to Rob not preparing properly for the loan request. Kept pushing it back day by day too because he would notice something else was wrong and we would have to resign the documents.. over and over again.
