This was not a deal without hiccups but Rob and his team closed it. I will continue to recommend Rob for many reasons, the main 2 being: - He puts the needs of my / his clients first and always has their best interests in mind. - If there is a way to get the loan done, he will find it. Sometimes you have to change your strategy and that's what happened in this deal. A small communication issue is the only reason this was a 4-star deal versus the usual 5-star experience.
Rob and his team really made me feel seen and understood. They took my calls and questions and we’re willing to do whatever they could to make me feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my Real Estate clients and friends.
