Looking for a house can be stressful and settling up a mortgage just as stressful. VanDyk helped us with a pre-approval process that was stress free. The personnel was not only friendly but knowledgeable that keeps the process effective and efficient as you move toward the mortgage you desire . All in all a very well oiled system to get you where you need to be when you need to be there.

They were good to go through biggest problem was submitted info and it sat in their portal for a week until we called to find out what was going on with it. Also was asked to furnish documents twice.
