Rob Cole patiently provided friendly customer service by answering any questions I had whenever I was worried or concerned about the progress of the loan process. I found the phone app very helpful in uploading documents. The website was also helpful in that it looked much like the Phone app and was very intuitive. Although buying a home is a rather complex process when financing is involved, friendly service and good technology made it as painless as possible.
Rob is great! He is friendly, his team is good at fast communication. Even when we wanted to adjust a few numbers towards the end, they gave us great info and pivoted quickly. Everything went very smoothly for us and I will gladly recommend them again.
