Again ROB went above and beyond!!! Closing was Friday with buyer flying in on Thursday. VA appraisal scheduled for Monday. Needless to say we didn't have time for the appraiser to find a problem and deal with a repair list. Rob took it upon himself to walk the home and look at it with an eagle eye. He ended up painting and do other repairs...himself personally......the property passed with NO REPAIRS.... Such a team player and wants to do everything in his power to make a deal work... LOVE WORKING WITH HIM!!!
