I feel that PRMG has great communication skills. My Account Executive (Bobby Costa) makes it easy to make the process smooth. Once he sees the file is imported, he massages that file to the finish. Your underwriter in this transaction was great as well. She reached out to me and explained her findings and concerns. I think this is important, because you get an understanding of what the underwriter is looking for in the transaction ( clarification).
