Bobby has ALWAYS answered my emails same day if not immediately. Crystal, the UW is always prompt and as long as the loan makes sense she works with me to put all the pieces together. Sure, this means a few more conditions, but I understand that is part of her job in making sure the file is complete. The closing dept was great as well. Only hitch I had on this loan, was title team NOT being a team, and communicating with each other.
