Dr. Deitch and his staff were friendly, competent, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Deitch explained in detail my test results and offered several treatment options. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend him without reservation.

He is very caring, very professional and very personable.
I had a moderate fatty tumor that had started to grow. I was seen by Dr. Deitch who was extremely thorough in ensuring that it was not a malignancy. He explains options, outcomes, answers all questions you might have. He is NOT walking out the door when he ask for questions. He did a surgical excision with very little pain. I am a RN so I am not easily swayed, but he is an exceptional physician.
Dr. Deitch handled a major ear problem for me. I couldn't ask for a better doc. He had to do surgery, but didn't rush into it and made sure it was the last available option. I like the way he always asks if you have any more questions. He obviously knows some patients are hesitant to ask and wants patients to know he is open to questions.
I did not like this doctor. He was condescending and he rushed through the appointment. He was not thorough in the exam and made me feel stupid for being proactive and following up on a condition that another doctor had previously identified. He seemed like he was in a rush to go eat lunch or something. His staff was nice though.
Dubious billing practices by staff which might be coordinated with the doctor. Asked me to have inhouse CT taken which asked for $550, told them i will get it done in other place and send the report to dr deitch because other place charge $200 for the CT. After going back and forth for 45 minutes, dr Deitch comes in and tells me its $250 for out of pocket. So i authorize them to charge $250 to my credit card. A month later they bill me for $550 less my $250 payment.
Cold, unappealing bedside manner. Inept staff. Long wait times. Unsuccessful surgery. Lied to about follow up costs. Cut off from prescription refills/care after I ACCIDENTALLY sneezed in the doctor's face during a nasal debridement. I was mortified and extremely apologetic but made to feel even worse by doctor. By far, the worst medical treatment I've experienced.
I would leave zero stars if that was an option! If you want you want someone who cares and follows up this I s not the doctor for you!
