I had just retired and wanted my fatigued looking face to more closely match my youthful energy level. Of specific concern were my droopy eyelids, puffy under-eye area, jowly jawline, and sagging neck. After careful consideration of the options Dr. Kessler presented, I opted for a face and neck lift, endoscopic brow lift and upper eyelids. I could not have been more satisfied with the results, which far exceeded my hopes and expectations.
Dr Kessler is very thorough and made the whole process very comfortable! I was unsure about getting a BA in general but after my consultation I felt at ease with him and his staff. My results were great, recovery was about a week before I returned to work. Post-op meetings with the doctor were helpful and now I'm about 3 weeks out and still pleased with my results! They don't look "fake" or ridiculously large and I feel like this is how I always should have looked!

It was something mentioned passingly, but I never thought I'd be serious about it. I went to my consultation with Dr. Kessler and despite the incredible amount of pressure from an acquaintance to go see "her" doctor (and she's pushy! super pushy), I stuck with Dr. Kessler because it's hard not to like him from day one. I love everything about my plastic surgery. I think I get better looking everyday. I never wanted a "perfect" nose , I just wanted the bump gone. My chin is what I believe to be fully healed . I love it so much, it adds that much needed definition to my face. My nose looks awesome, and I honestly couldn't be happier.
Took His Time with Me I had a consultation with Dr. Kessler. He spent so much time with me trying to figure out my issue and he truly seemed to care. I haven't gotten my recommendation yet because he had to think about the best way to help me. I like him, he was very kind and I hope I can work with him to resolve my issue. His Staff was also stellar! All very caring!
