I am home recovering and my doctor said everything went great! :) The pain is not too crazy or unmanageable but the tightness when I woke up was pretty significant. He said I have pretty strong and defined pec muscles so they will be very tight. I took a muscle relaxer as soon as I got home to help! We went with Natrelle Soft Touch 310cc moderate dual plane with an inframammary incision. Just had my first check up and doctor says everything looks great! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kessler, he has been so informative, thorough, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process so far and its really made me feel so comfortable and trusting with him. If you are in the southern California region I would HIGHLY recommend him! Well here we go! I've been on this site for a couple years now and am finally about to have my own review! Surgery is scheduled for the day after tomorrow on 9/22. BUY A WEDGE PILLOW (unless you have a recliner maybe). It is very difficult to sit up on your own the day of and after surgery, today was easier but I am still SO thankful that I got the wedge pillow. You can get them for around $30 - $60 on Amazon and they are worth every penny for your comfort and ability to sit up. I still had some manual help sitting up and leaning back by my best friend who has been there for me through this whole thing but I swear the wedge has been a life saver!
