Amazing, as always. Dr. Kessler is always willing to discuss the pros/cons of any procedure (in office or surgical) with clarity and depth of knowledge. He helps me understand what my experience will be, costs, and sets reasonable exceptions. His esthetic sense is AMAZING! He understands so well that I want to continue to look like ME, just a healthier, more vibrant version of me.
Dr. Kessler is simply the best! His patience and attention to detail for subtle and natural results is impeccable. His office staff is wonderful and their safety protocols are spot on to ensure a safe and sanitary experience.

Over 10 years ago I had an unfortunate, botched breast augmentation and lift by a Long Beach plastic surgeon - implants were much bigger than I requested and misplaced (too high on my chest) so my chest was oddly shaped and huge. Dr Kessler is an incredibly talented surgeon who pays great attention to details producing beautiful results. But what sets him largely apart from many other doctors is his genuine concern for the well being of his patient. He is tender hearted, respectfully listens to your needs and concerns, and gives the time and focus you require and need. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kessler for years and he always gives me the best results, but more importantly, the gives me the most honest guidance. I live in the country of Colombia and I traveled to see Dr. Kessler for a new hormone treatment he recommended. I’m a 60+ year old man and I feel amazing, younger and with so much energy.
