Communications happened when I followed up and then at one point he accused me of causing the delays, which was absolutely not the case. By the way, Theresa the processor was excellent.

There were errors in some of the paperwork I had to ask to be correct. Also, there were financial changes that had not been discussed prior so understanding the paperwork was slightly confusing and there was no communication to explain these differences until I reached out.
