Robin and Lauren enabled us to close within a month and made the process so easy for us. After our last home purchase with a different lender, we expected many nagging questions/requests throughout the process. Instead, we only had to sign a few forms and everything was complete. They handled things very well, even when we attempted to break their e-signing software (sorry). Very happy with everything.

We had been working with another lender that changed the down payment requirement at the 11th hour. Not maliciously it was just a mistake by our rep. but it did require that we find another lender in a day or two. Robin and her team got us a loan with the down payment we had budgeted for and got it done in time to meet a HUD deadline that was very very short.
