Robin was beyond reproach in her handling of our situation. Her follow-up and follow-through was better than could be expected and that is a huge deal for my wife and me. She was a true professional, knowledgeable and thorough. With that being said she was also very personable, had a sense of humor and we were able to bond with her and develop a real relationship. I could not commend her enough with words, you would just have to use her to see what I am speaking about. Thank you, Robin!

I must say Robin, Holly and Lacey helped so much to make the process of buying my first home a cake walk. They went above and beyond for my family and I. Walking us through the entire process while making sure we were comfortable and understood every bit of buying a home and the process. Joey and I had such an amazing experience with Robin! Even at 19 and 20yo, Robin took our dream extremely serious and made our reality!! When we first approached her and her assistant (Holly), we immediately felt taken care of. Robin was always ahead of the game. Robin was one of the most hands-on lenders I've ever dealt with -- in a very good way. She worked the numbers, then worked the numbers again, and got us a good rate for our house. She was extremely responsive -- available by text, phone or email -- and was always there to answer any questions we had.

Robin and her team helped my boyfriend and I get into a home when we didn't even know if it was possible for us. she was one step ahead of the paper trail and worked with us for 4 months until we found our perfect home. Even when I was so stressed because of other factors in my life, trying to hide that I was crying over the phone she knew and talked me through it and reassured em everything would be just fine. I wouldn't say I loved this experience but it was definitely a better experience with Robin and her team.
