My visit to Dr. Rochelle Hackley’s office on 10/12/2017 On October 12, 2017 I had an appointment at 11:30 am at the office of Dr. Rochelle Hackley for my routine cleaning, as usual I arrived about half an hour early. I was taken back immediately even though my appointment wasn’t until 11:30 am. I have been a patient of Dr. Rochelle Hackley’s office now for well over 13 years. Well taken care of by the dental hygienist.
Dr was very professional and personable. When the pain killer was too weak, she stopped and administered more allowing time for the pain killer to take affect.The only issue I had was the start time of my procedure was at least 30 minutes late getting started. And by the time they did start, the initial pain killer was wearing off.

My dental hygenist, Mrs. Gupta, is always friendly and engaging. She let's me know all that she is doing during the cleaning and gives suggestions on how to better take care of my teeth. Dr. Hackley is amazing - she is down to earth. Her staff is a reflection of her true professionalism. I do enjoy visiting Dr. Hackley's office and have referred two of my colleagues.

Great experience. Dr. Hackley and her staff cared about my needs and they were very friendly. Going to the dentist is usually a scary experience but not here. I will be coming back for the rest of my dental procedures.
