Great high-quality service! I had a bit of a dental emergency recently, and Dr. Hackley called multiple labs until she found one that would create a temporary front bridge in 2 days rather than the usual 2 weeks! She understood my predicament and was willing to go the extra mile to find a fast and good solution. Her staff provides excellent quality care with a friendly attitude. Thank you so much for the extra time you gave my very upset 7 year old! At one point I did not believe you would ever get him to get his filling done - but you took the time and ensured he got extraordinary care. I am very grateful!
Dr. Hackley is amazing. She is very kind and funny. I feel that she cares for each of her patients and generally want what is best for them. James (I think that was his name) was also kind and made my experience great. All in all it was a pain free procedure and I am thankful to have such a wonderful team for my dental health.
I was very pleased with the great personality of the entire staff. i was of course very please with Dr Hackley. She is truly a professional. my only suggestion for the staff would be that they should introduce themselves to new clients. i did not know the names of the dental assistants because they did not tell me their names.
Always friendly, ontime, competent service
I have said it before and I will say it again: Dr. Hackley is the best dentist. Period. Don't get me wrong -- I do not relish going to the dentist and, because of several large silver filling and bruxism, I require a lot of dental work. I have been treated by a lot of dentists who have lectured me (as if I grind my teeth by choice) or essentially rubbed their hands as they salivated over how much income would be made off of my molars.
