Arrived 15 mins prior to appointment, was greeted as soon as I pulled in, checked in, was offered to sit in the waiting area since I stayed while getting serviced, Represented came directly to me when car was ready. checking out was smooth, everyone was very friendly.
Due to Covid, did most everything online. Was only in the dealership for about 2-3 hours vs an all day experience. Was really convenient and everyone was super nice!
